Nāpali Coast tour or scenic helicopter flight

The rugged velvet green cliffs
and cascading waterfalls along the 25km-long Nāpali Coast are a truly spectacular sight. Book a boat tour to see them from the coast – or splash out on a scenic helicopter tour for a once-in-a-lifetime experience you’ll never forget!

Waimea Canyon

Waimea Canyon, which stretches for 22.5km and is 1.6km wide and more than 1km deep, is a great destination for hiking or mountain biking.

Mountain tubing

Kaua‘i is also the only place in Hawai‘i where you can go mountain tubing. Don a headlamp and float down canals and through tunnels dug by Chinese labourers circa 1870 to bring water from the rainforest to sugar cane fields.

Film locations tour

You can also book a tour to see filming locations from some of the many movies and TV shows filmed on Kaua‘i, including Tropic Thunder, Six Days and Seven Nights, South Pacific, Pirates of the Caribbean and Gilligan’s Island. Wailua Falls, which can be viewed from a lookout just north of the island’s biggest town, Līhu‘e, also appeared in the opening credits of Fantasy Island.
